Diana combines traditional strength training with functional, balanced movement, Pilates, yoga, and much more to assist her clients in acquiring and sustaining strength without burn-out or leaving areas of weakness that can eventually lead to injuries.  Her background in kinesiotherapy, orthopedic and medical exercise training brings her clients much more in-depth detail that allows even those with significant limitations to still be able to exercise with modifications. She has worked with elite athletes and those with significant clinical needs and all in-between including children to age 92.

Credentials

Diana has a very long list of credentials in movement, physical fitness, and clinical training. She has worked with severe medical needs, high-level athletes from grade school to professional, and anything in between. She has helped many folks who had lost hope in getting pain relief and healthy movement again. Her gifted intuitions, extensive training, and decades of experience leave her very sought after by people who travel locally and long distances to see her.  She uses numerous modalities and techniques and certifies Pilates and yoga instructors and Yoga Therapists. 

See all that she teaches in group classes along with her amazing staff at her studio in Maumee, Ohio. Her classes can be taken from anywhere via Zoom along with in-studio.  Private sessions can be booked by calling the studio.
