Diana has worked as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer for over 16 years, a fully certified Stott Pilates Instructor for over 12 years, a TRX Certified Trainer a Group Class instructor for over 5 years, and an ACE Group Fitness Instructor for 21 years. She has trained athletes of all calibers: competitive athletes including NCAA collegiate athletes, national championship winning dancers, golfers, high-level tennis players, state-championship runners, Iron Man competitors, competitive cyclists, and many more.

Diana works with clients as young as 8 up to 90 and can design programs to fit any and all needs. She uses weight training modalities of many kinds, cardio vascular conditioning, flexibility work, Pilates training, yoga, TRX, and more to build programs to enhance physical performance and achieve the goals her clients have. Many of her clients have worked with her for well over a decade.
