Diana has worked as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer for over 20 years, a fully certified STOTT®️ Pilates Instructor for over 18 years, a TRX Certified Trainer a Group Class instructor for over 12 years, and an ACE Group Fitness Instructor for 29 years. She has trained athletes of all calibers: competitive athletes including NCAA collegiate athletes, national championship winning dancers, golfers, high-level tennis players, state-championship runners, Iron Man competitors, competitive cyclists, and many more.  Her credentials reach far beyond most in the industry.  She is an ACE certified Medical Exercise Specialist, Orthopedic Exercise Specilist and is the founder of the ‘essence of Pilates’ Teacher Training School.  Along with being fullt ceritifed in the STOTT®️ Pilates method for over 18 years, she is nationally certified with the Pilates Method Allloiance.

Diana works with clients as young as 8 up to 90 and can design programs to fit any and all needs. She uses weight training modalities of many kinds, cardio vascular conditioning, flexibility work and body alignment techniques, Pilates training, yoga, TRX, and more to build programs to enhance physical performance and achieve the goals her clients have. Many of her clients have worked with her for well over 2 decades.  She has helped 100’s of clients get of of body mis-alignments and, in many cases, even helped those that could not find relief with many other modalitities.
