Holistic Alternative Psychology looks at the process of changing behaviors, thoughts, feelings, and perspectives very differently that Western Psychology methods. With a strong emphasis in not repeatedly focusing on problems, this method works to focus on solutions and letting go of burdens an blockages. Diana teaches clients how to use techniques that anyone can practice using the conscious mind to change the subconscious mind. In doing so, clients begin to feel differently and then think and behave differently. Keeping in mind the law of attraction, what we think becomes our reality.
